This Privacy Policy explains how Hope Labs Limited ("Hope", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the Hope app and this website (together, the "Services"). Hope is a non-custodial interface — we do not hold your funds or your private keys.

Information we collect

• Account information — an email address (and, if you choose social sign-in, basic profile information from Apple or Google) used to create and secure your account.
• Wallet address — the public blockchain address of your self-custodial wallet. We never receive or store your private keys.
• Social content — if you post, follow, or comment, we store that content and your chosen display name.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information (device type, app version, diagnostics) to operate and improve the Services.

Third-party services

• Privy — provides authentication and your self-custodial embedded wallet. Your keys are managed by Privy; Hope has no access to them.
• Supabase — stores your profile and social content.
• Blockchain transactions are processed on public decentralized protocols (including Hyperliquid) and are, by nature, public.

How we use information

To create and secure your account, provide the interface and its social features, respond to support requests, and keep the Services safe and reliable. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers above to operate the Services, or where required by law.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account and associated personal data directly in the app at any time. On-chain activity is public and outside our control and cannot be deleted.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information we hold. Because Hope is non-custodial, you are responsible for securing access to your wallet and device.

Children

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. The app is rated 17+.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
